2000, Joined Toppoly, Taiwan as R&D Head for LTPS-LCD and AMOLED technology & product development

2006, Co-founder & CTO for Synergy Optronics, Shanghai for AMOLED product commercialization

2007, Joined DuPont Inc, USA as Technology Director, worked on various technology and business leader’s roles for display and solar cell business.

2015, SABIC Specialties SBU, Shanghai China, worked in roles as Global Business Director & Global Technology Director for consumer electronics

2017, Joined IMERYS Graphite & Carbon, Shanghai & worked as Global Strategy & Marketing Director for Lithium-Ion Battery materials

2018, Joined Light Polymers, USA & Hong Kong as Executive Vice President,

2022, Joined AvanStrate Inc. as CEO.
